Review and vote on a possible decision by the Planning Board on a Comprehensive Permit.
2. Letter To Town Council Regarding Sewer Capacity. 
Review and discussion of the Final Letter and a vote to send to Town Council.
3. Capital Improvement Program (CIP) 
Continuation of the CIP process and review and discussion by the Planning Board on next steps.
