1. 2022-LMIH-01 – Comprehensive Permit – Request for a One-year Extension & Final Plan Review – Dakota Properties LLC Multi-family Residential Development (51 Franklin Street - 111 Wells Street | AP 87, Lots 146 & 147, AP 88, Lots 24 & 25)
Review, discussion, and possible action and/or continuation to a future meeting by the Planning Board on both a request for a one-year extension of Preliminary Plan approval AND a Final Plan approval of a Comprehensive Permit. The development of 54 units will be deed restricted to households earning 60% or less of area median income while 18 units will be market rate.

Public hearing to include review, discussion, and possible action or continuance by the Planning Board on a Comprehensive Permit. The application proposes constructing 29 residential units, of which 25% (8 units) will be deed-restricted and affordable to buyers at or below 80% of the area median income.
