2. Letter To Town Council Regarding Sewer Capacity, Discussion and Possible Action. 
Discussion based on a request for a future agenda item from the Planning Board.

1. 2022-MJLD-01 – Master Plan Approval – Venice Hotel – Request for Extension 
Review, discussion, and possible action by the Planning Board on the Request for Extension of Master Plan Approval of the Venice Hotel Restaurant Expansion. Rescheduled from September 17th.
2. Request from Residents of Robin Hollow Estates to reopen the Public Hearing for 2024-LMIH-03 – Habitat for Humanity. 
Review and Discussion by the Planning Board on the request and vote to determine if the public hearing should be readvertised and reopened at a later date.
3. Capital Improvement Program (CIP) 
Introduction to the CIP process and review and discussion by the Planning Board on next steps.
4. Town Council Referrals
Introduction of Town Council’s most referrals and review and discussion by the Planning Board on next steps.
· Ordinance recommendation for an overlay district for short term rentals. Referred to the Board on September 23rd

· Recommendation regarding proposed resolution establishing a dedicated Housing Committee. Referred to the Board on October 7th
.
The Assistant Solicitor for Planning and Zoning will conduct an election for Chairman, after which the Chairman will conduct elections for Vice Chairman and Secretary.
