Discussion of format and content regarding an administrative document tailored to management of future agendas and tracking of Planning Board applications, developments and annual functions. The Board may continue or vote upon the matter.

2.      Route One Corridor Study - Implementation Video

Presentation, review and discussion on status of Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance Amendments and next steps. Prepare response for Town Council. The Board may continue or vote upon the matter.

3.      Affordable Housing Study - Implementation Video

Review and discussion of the Camoin Housing Study and Analysis with discussion on recommendations and the potential scope of work for an affordable housing committee. The Board may continue or vote upon the matter.
