Review, discussion and possible action on draft Comprehensive Plan amendments; review and discuss joint meetings with EDC and ARB, and next steps. The Board may continue or vote upon the matter.

Review, discussion and possible action on Zoning Ordinance Provisions related to housing, LMI units and ADUs based on State law amendments thru 2024.
