1. Planning Board - Future Agenda & Monthly Report Matrix
Review, discussion and possible action regarding an administrative document tailored to management of future agendas and tracking of Planning Board applications, developments and annual functions. The Board may continue or vote upon the matter.
2. Route One Corridor Study - Implementation
Review, discussion and possible action on draft Comprehensive Plan amendments; review and discuss joint meetings with EDC and ARB, and next steps. The Board may continue or vote upon the matter.
3. Affordable Housing Study - Implementation
Review, discussion and possible action on Zoning Ordinance Provisions related to housing, LMI units and ADUs based on State law amendments thru 2024. Review, discuss and make possible recommendations to the Town Council on the potential scope of work for an affordable housing committee. The Board may continue or vote upon the matter.
