F. NEW BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARINGS:

1. Gina and Peter Brancato,140 Potter Hill Road, AP ‘8’, Lot ‘1-11’, Zone LDR-40, are seeking 8.5’ of relief from the side yard setback requirement, and 2’ of relief from the accessory structure height requirement for the construction of a 634 square foot detached two-car garage with a loft above; Pursuant to Westerly Zoning Ordinance § 260-33 Variances.

G. APPLICATIONS DECLARED COMPLETE: Waivers granted and scheduled for public hearing. Informational only, no action to be taken.

1. Lewis Brisbois LLP, c/o The 5R5C7 Trust dated 2/13/2026, 55 Uzzi Avenue, AP ‘164’, Lot ‘106’ is seeking 16.7’ of relief from the rear yard setback requirement for the construction of a 128 square foot addition to add a bathroom and to accommodate a laundry room; Pursuant to (§260-33) Dimensional Variance.

H. STAFF COMMENTS: Discussion and vote to cancel the November 18^th Zoning Board Meeting and reschedule it to Thursday, November 19^th, 2026 due to a scheduling conflict with the School Committee. The meeting was originally scheduled for November 18^th because Veterans Day fell on the second Wednesday of the month.
